CrossFit can work for anyone with varying physical and mental capabilities.
Our coaches have trained with Crossroads Adaptive Athletic Alliance to work with Adaptive Athletes. This can include those with permanent physical disabilities (or severe temporary injuries): amputation, limb salvage, neurological damage, sensory impairment, or TBI. This can also be with or without mobility aids (wheelchairs, hand crutches etc.).
We provide additional support and experience to enable impaired individuals to become comfortable with the fundamentals of functional movement. Whatever the case may be, CrossFit movements can be adapted to fit your particular needs.
Our goal is to take you to your next level of athletic ability which can encompass a wide variety of things. From the life improvement goals such as better balance, decreasing fatigue and pain reduction; to more advanced athletic goals like running, weightlifting and gymnastics. Everyone has the potential to be an athlete. If you are ready to work, we are here for you to begin building a more functional lifestyle.
