CrossFit Class Types

All of our classes – group, private and semi-private – utilize our heart rate monitoring system to help achieve maximum results for your individual needs.

These heart rate monitors can also be used at home through your smartphone app!

Intial Assessment

This 1.5 hour lesson is a one-on-one lesson with your coach designed to assess your current level of movement and fitness. Basic functional exercises will be introduced and a small workout may be performed based on your fitness level. We welcome all shapes, sizes and skill abilities so there is no “one size fits all” to this session. It will vary greatly from person to person but is designed to prepare you for introduction to our custom group classes as well as other more personalized services.

This session also includes your personal heart rate monitor that you will use for your custom group classes. 

Custom Group Classes

Our custom group classes are our daily workout classes. The lower tiered pricing is designed to be easier to budget the more you attend. Because of our small group atmosphere (maximum of 6 people per class), the workout are customized for those attending class that day.

Pre-registering for class through our MindBody Online portal is required at least 1 hour before class, 24 hours is recommended because popular classes can fill up fast.

Private Lessons

A private lesson is a one-on-one session with an instructor. The 50-55 minute lesson is great for clients looking for more individualized attention as they aim for their goals. Each body has many different needs based on goals, injuries, strengths or weaknesses. A private lesson will give your body a tailored program which changes as needed.

Privates lessons are prepaid and scheduled by appointment only.

Semi-Private Lessons

A semi-private lesson is a session with up to three clients to one instructor. The 50-55 minute lesson is a great lower-cost alternative to a private lesson. This is an excellent way to enjoy CrossFit with your friends! In these sessions, we will monitor your progress, fine tune exercises, add new ones, or modify your program if needed.

Semis are ideal for those that enjoy working out in a group setting but feel they need more attention than they would get in our custom group classes of up to 6 people. Semi-privates are prepaid and scheduled by appointment only.
