All of our classes – group, private and semi-private – utilize our heart rate monitoring system to help achieve maximum results for your individual needs.

These heart rate monitors can also be used at home through your smartphone app!

Fundamentals

These initial sessions will encompass 3 – 1 hour small group (up to 3 people) appointments with your coach to introduce you to the basic functional movements necessary to begin your small group private training as well as allow us to gauge your current movement patterns and needs. More than 3 sessions can be taken if you feel more comfortable in a smaller group setting than our standard classes of 6. These can also be upgraded to private one-on-one sessions for an additional charge.

Small Group Private Training

Our small group private training classes are our standard daily workout classes. We cap our class size at 6 people to maximize the amount of attention you will receive from our coaches. This lower tiered pricing is designed to be easier to budget the more you attend. Pre-registering for class through our MindBody Online portal (link) is required at least 1 hour before each class. Reserving your spot more than 24 hours in advance is recommended as our popular classes can fill up fast.
