The Workshop exclusively uses MindBody Online scheduling software. This allows you 24/7 access to:
- Group Fitness Class schedules and sign-ups
- Private appointment scheduling
- Packages and Gift Card purchasing
Here’s how you can participate
Create an account!
On your computer: Go to MindBodyOnline and sign up. Be sure to save your login and password – you’ll be using it again!
Use it!
Login anytime day or night via the app or online portal to view our schedule, sign in to classes and request appointments. Our schedule is updated daily with class changes, substitutions and additions to keep you informed so make sure you check back with us often!
Please note: You MUST use the same email to log into MindBody as the one we have in our system for your appointment reminders. If you change your MindBody email, our system must be updated as well. If not, your pre-paid packages and check-ins may register as two separate clients. Please let us know whenever you make changes to your information so we can keep your information consistent.

How does MindBody work?
You will use the MindBody mobile or desktop app to reserve a spot in any of our Group Fitness or Crossfit classes. Reservations for classes are always open unless the class is full. Reserve early to secure your spot.
Can I book my private lessons and spa services online?
You sure can! Simply login and request your preferred day and time. We will get back to you with approval through the online portal or contact you if that day or time does not work to schedule your next time preference.
MindBody is not working for me. What do I need to do?
Double check your email address and information. Confirm that we have the same information on our side. A differentiation will cause issues with you being able to sign in, schedule or purchase online.
If you are still having MindBody access issues after confirming your information with us, please contact MindBody for help.
The class I want to register for doesn’t have an option for me to register for the class.
The class you want to take may be full.
If the class is not full and you are still having issues, try these troubleshooting tips to solve the problem:
- Using the mobile app: Go to the bottom right corner of the screen to “More” -> “Settings”, Scroll to bottom of “Settings” and click “Sign Out”, then log back in with your same credentials. This will reset your account and could be part of the issue.
- Using the mobile app: Go to the bottom right corner of the screen to “More” -> “Settings” -> “Resend Verification Email” and follow instructions in the email to confirm your MindBody account is setup properly.
- If the above steps do not solve the issue, call the MindBody customer service phone number 877-755-4279 for additional support.
How does the MindBody wait list work?
There is a wait list for every class. If someone cancels their reservation, you will be alerted via email that you have a spot in class if you are on the waiting list. **One hour before class, the wait list CLEARS and any open spots are available to ANYONE regardless of if they were on the waiting list or not. This means that within one hour of class, you can reserve a spot in class that may have been previously full!

You can call us at (206)546-7671 to see if anyone has cancelled or not shown up, and you may be able to get a spot in class. Remember that your spot is not guaranteed if you have not pre-reserved but there is a chance you could get a spot in class! You may also show up for class anyway but know that if the class is full, you may be asked to return at a different class time.
Where can I find the most up-to-date Group Fitness Schedule?
Our
MindBody portal is always up to date with the most recent changes. Substitutions or cancellations will be noted on the schedule as well.

Is there a penalty for late cancels or not showing up if I have reserved a spot in class?
If you reserve many spots and do not show up or cancel your reservation at least 12 hours in advance, a visit from your current package will be redeemed or your card on file will be charged for the drop-in amount of the class.
