POPULAR! Custom Dermaplane Facial (50-55 minutes) $110
Dermaplaning, also known as Epidermal Leveling, is a gentle, non-invasive form of manual exfoliation of the skin that resurfaces sun-damaged, dull, dehydrated skin. Using a surgical blade, a professional trained Esthetician gently exfoliations the outermost layers of the epidermis to remove dead skin cells, impurities and debris. This encourages the skin to regenerate new skin cells, leaving the complexion smooth, soft and vibrant. Regular treatments of Dermaplaning have been known to:
- Diminish fine lines
- Smooth acne scarring
- Improve skin texture and tone
- Help unblock blackheads
- Temporarily remove facial hair (nope, it won’t grow back thicker!)
- Generate new healthy cell growth
- Enhance penetration of skincare products
Celluma LED Facial $70
Celluma is a low-level light therapy, FDA-approved to treat:
- Inflammatory Acne Vulgaris
- Joint Pain and Stiffness
- Muscle Spasms and Tension
And has also shown to manage:
- Superficial, Benign Vascular & Pigment Lesions
- Periorbital Wrinkles & Rhytides
- Sup-Optimal Local Blood Flow & Circulation

POPULAR! – Acne Treatment Program
Acne has nothing to do with being dirty. It is not inherently a bacterial problem. It is caused by the excess build up of dead skin inside the pore. For this reason, it is referred to as “retention hyperkeratosis”.
Here at True Form, we offer a results-based Acne Treatment Program with the goal to provide sustainable results in 90 days. There is no magic pill or instant treatment for acne. It takes education, the right skincare and consistency!
We exclusively use the Face Reality Acne Program, developed by Laura Cooksey, founder of Face Reality Acne Clinic. This program is based on the research and studies of Dr. James Fulton Jr., MD, PHD., one of the most renowned acne experts in the world and founder of Retin-A and Benzoyl Peroxide.
Initial Acne Consultation – $60
This 45 minute session will include an assessment of your skin type and needs, your skin sensitivity level, acne information including lifestyle and dietary changes and finally a complete acne skincare program to begin your journey.
We will begin your homecare a minimum of 2 weeks before any Acne Treatment.
Note: Please expect to spend an additional $100 or more on your skincare during this consultation. This is a requirement for beginning our Acne Treatment Program. We cannot guarantee results if there is any variance from our guidance and suggestions. After your initial purchase, skincare needs will simply be refilling or updating one or two products at a time as we go along.
Acne Treatment – $70
All of our Acne Treatments are customized to fit your skin’s needs the day of your appointment and created to compliment your current skincare routine. These treatments include extractions and exfoliation.
Corrective Skin Peels
Chemical exfoliation and peels are an effective way to even skin tone, reduce the appearance of pores and fine lines as well as treating a variety of skin conditions such as acne, hyperpigmentation and melasma. We proudly use Skin Script Rx Professional Peels which can often be performed in less than 30 minutes with no downtime or adverse side effects. These peels are buffered so the “peeling” often happens microscopically to achieve a higher rate of cellular turnover as opposed to actual flaking of skin.
Our peel programs are created to target your specific skincare needs and goals. Peel results depend on consistency of treatment and proper homecare. As we wish to provide the most effective results, our peels are not designed for individual purchase and all peel programs include appropriate homecare consultation.
Prices and programs vary based on client and skincare needs. Please schedule a consultation for more information on what would work for you.
The right peel program can effectively correct/treat:
- Acne Scarring
- Overly stretched pores
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Imbalanced pH
- And more!
Please Note: Not every peel results in a visible exfoliation of the skin cells. Healthy skin has less visible exfoliation and impacted skin may take more time or several peels to loosen dead skin cells. Each experience is different based on skin type and client history. Lack of “peeling” does not indicate the success of a peel program.
